With the DON membership, anyone with a navy.mil or usmc.mil email account can obtain an APQC user account. To obtain an account, go to http://www.apqc.org/ (link is external) . Where it says "Register," enter your navy.mil email address. You will then receive an email with a link to confirm your registration and create your account. Your account will provide you access to APQC resources.
