OneStop: A NOAA Data Search Platform
The NOAA Data Discovery Portal offers two approaches to enable searching NOAA's vast data holdings: the traditional NOAA Data Catalog for all data, and the new NOAA OneStop catalog which initially includes only the archived datasets but will eventually replace the traditional catalog.

State of the World's Sea Turtles (SWOT) Online Map & Sea Turtle Database
SWOT’s interactive map and database of sea turtle biogeography is hosted and maintained by the SWOT Team and Duke University’s OBIS-SEAMAP. The database contains thousands of data records that have been generously contributed by SWOT Team members worldwide and sourced from published literature, including sea turtle nesting data, satellite telemetry data, species distributions, Regional Management Unit (also called subpopulations) boundaries, genetic data (mtDNA and nDNA), and more.
WORMS: World Register of Marine Species
The aim of World Register of Marine Species (WoRMS) is to provide an authoritative and comprehensive list of names of marine organisms, including information on synonymy. While the highest priority goes to valid names, other names in use are included so that this register can serve as a guide to interpret taxonomic literature.

The Atlas of Ocean Wealth
The Atlas of Ocean Wealth is the largest collection to date of information about the economic, social and cultural values of coastal and marine habitats from all over the world. It is a synthesis of innovative science, led by The Nature Conservancy (TNC), with many partners around the world. Through these efforts, we’ve gathered vast new datasets from both traditional and less likely sources. The work includes more than 35 novel and critically important maps that show how nature’s value to people varies widely from place to place.
Discovery of Sound in the Sea
The DOSITS website provides an overview of ocean acoustics, including sound propagation, ambient noise, and bioacoustics. The website focuses on acoustics in the ocean. However, much of the information about sound in the ocean and underwater bioacoustics are true for all aquatic environments. There are also resources for many specialized audiences, including teachers, students, the media, and decision makers.
The Federal Register
The Office of the Federal Register (OFR) of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), and the U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) jointly administer the FederalRegister.gov website. We developed this website to make it easier for citizens and communities to understand the regulatory process and to participate in Government decision-making.
